Residents are being called and told they are eligible for the Household Support Fund. This is a scam. Genuine contacts will never ask for your bank details.

All are welcome and all local government electors of the Parish of Ash are entitled to speak and vote.

1. Minutes of the Ash Parish Annual Meeting held on 20th April 2023, to be approved.

2. To receive reports and take questions: · from the Ash Parish Council Chairman
Councillor Mr Harris-Rowley · on audited Ash Parish Council accounts for the year
ended 31/3/2022 and un-audited Ash Parish Council Receipts & Payments for the
year ended 31/3/2023.

3. Ash Wildlife Friendly Village. Reports & Questions.

4. Reports from and questions to the local charities and trusts.

5. Ash and Westmarsh Village Halls: Reports & Questions.

6. Cartwright and Kelsey School: Report & Questions.

7. Ash Surgery: Report & Questions

8. Any resolutions for which written notice has been given.

9. Kent County Councillor, Mrs Sue Chandler: Report and Questions.

10. Dover District Councillors, Mr Trevor Bartlett and Cllr Martin Porter: Report and
Questions.

11. Any other business concerned with parish affairs.
