Below are the audited annual returns of the council’s finances, the annual receipts and payments and the budget.  It also gives information on how to inspect the annual accounts.  The agenda and minutes of the annual Finance Meeting  details the start of the budget process that agrees the amount of the “precept” (the parish council tax).  This is collected by Dover District Council with your council tax and is paid directly to the Ash Parish Council each April.
