ASPIRE – health, wellbeing, opportunities

Helping people improve their health, wellbeing and job prospects. ASPIRE has one of the hubs based in our district in Aylesham where there is a wealth of free, fully supported workshops and activities taking place. These include gardening, cooking, wellbeing and exercise sessions, mentoring, accredited courses, NHS One You support and much more.  Help with transport to get to Aylesham is available.

ASPIRE is open to anyone over 18 living in east Kent who would like to boost their health and wellbeing and gain new skills and confidence to get into sustainable employment. The project will run until spring 2023. Follow us on
