Highway Improvement Plan – A257 – Share Your Experiences
The A257 Working Group is compiling a paper for Kent County Council to address local Parish Council concerns about the A257 focussing on Shatterling to White Mills roundabout. This group, made up of representatives from Parish Councils along the A257, meets bi-monthly to discuss and take action to address safety issues, roadworks and proposed developments.

We’re aware of the desire to reduce the speed limit on the bypass and continue to actively discuss this with KCC Highways. Improving safety on the A257 Ash Bypass is a top priority for Ash Parish Council.
