Ash Art Exhibition & Sale 2024

Saturday 4th May to Monday 6th May 2024

St Nicholas Church, The Street, Ash (near Sandwich), CT3 2EW

 

The Friends of St. Nicholas Church, Ash are holding their 20th Annual Art Exhibition & Sale in the Church over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend.

Opening times are:

Saturday 4th May 10am – 6pm

Sunday 5th May 10am – 6pm

Monday 6th May 10am – 5pm

Admission £2 includes free catalogue

Children 16 years and under free

The Exhibition gives local artists the opportunity to display and sell their work and in previous years we have displayed around 600 unique exhibits at very reasonable prices.

Homemade Refreshments available throughout the weekend.

Artists who wish to exhibit work must submit an entry form and pay hanging fees by Friday 12th April – For an entry form and further details please Email: email hidden; JavaScript is required

It will be necessary to close Moat Lane, Ash from 10th April 2024 for up to 1 day.

The road will be closed at Moat Lane, Ash.

The alternative route is via The Street, New Street and Coombe Lane.

This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.

Openreach – Temporary Road Closure – Richborough Road, Ash – 10th April 2024

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Openreach, It will be necessary to close part of Richborough Road, Ash, from 10th April 2024 with estimated completion by 10th April 2024.

Richborough Road, Ash, will be closed between the junctions of Cop Street Road and Cooper Street Drove, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Richborough Road, Cop Street Road, Cop Street, A257 Ash Bypass, Cooper Street Drove and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing fibre works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Openreach.
